PRP guber Candidate unveils blue print, pledges to restore Taraba’s glory

The Taraba State gubernatorial Candidate of the People’s Redemption Party (PRP), Engineer Josiah Wukari Wasa has officially, unveiled the Blueprint that outlined things he would do when elected as the Executive Governor of Taraba State in the forth comming gubernatorial elections.
Engineer Wasa at a special media parley held at Worldview Magazine newsroom in Jalingo, released copies of the Blueprint to guests, asking them to hold him accountable where he derail from the content of the Blueprint if elected as Governor of the State.
Harping on some of the key issues he would fixed as contained in the Blueprint, Engr. Wasa pledged that he would redesigned the entire Taraba State Government and fix all the collapsed sectors including Economy, infrastructure and most importantly, restore safety and security in every community in the state.
” Our government will ensure that markets are redesigned and relocated to most suitable areas to boost commercial activities, we shall dwell much on entrepreneurship to enable youth create jobs and be self reliant, we shall revitalize and refocus the Cabinet and Civil Service for productivity and Innovation.
” The judiciary Branch would be fully independent and devoid of Executive and Parliamentary interference and we shall draw up a grand strategy and roadmap for the development of Taraba State for future generations”. He emphasized
While appealing to the people of the state to give him the mandate overwhelmingly and have confidence their tears would be wiped, Engr. Wasa assured that he would restore the lost glories that Taraba was hitherto know for.
He pledged to unite the people in order to tackle all forms of insecurity to give way for development of Taraba State in all facets, adding that, PRP was the only Party that would liberate the state from the sorrowful situation currently being experience in the hands of the ruling People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the State.
The PRP candidate who was flanked by his Deputy Governorship Candidate, Hon. Suleiman Ahmed Nyakos, Party Acting Chairman Mr. Umar Idris, some candidates for the House of Assembly Elections and other Party faithful’s, debunked the rumour making rounds that he pulled out of the guber race haven recieved a whooping sum of money from General T.Y Danjuma (Rtd)
He challenged anyone in possession of evidence to come up with facts of his or her claims, maintaining that, the said rumour was a calculated attempt by enemies of PRP in the state to tarnish his image and distract his followers who had decided to choose the party as the last resort.
“Let me sound this loud and clear, our party, The People Redemption Party is for the masses and the downtrodden, we are for justice, fair play and equity. We have never and will never backed up for anybody in this race. We are in the race and have no intention of withdrawing for any one.” he said
Earlier in his comment, the Acting Chairman of the party, Umar Idris had assured the people of Taraba State to remain steadfast as victory for the party was assured.
He explained that the party was guided by its stringent rules and Electoral Act both at the National and State levels and so Taraba State Chapter of the party would in no way, take such a critical decision of collapsing its structure into another party in isolation with its National Secretariat.
