SARKIN NOMA PAYS SALLAH VISIT TO KACHALLA SEMBE VILLAGE HEAD, CALL’S FOR PEACEFUL COEXISTANCE BETWEEN FARMERS/HERDERS

The Sarkin Noman Kachalla Sembe, Mallam Ibrahim Alhaji Umaru Naira, has paid a Sallah homage to the Village Head of Kachalla Sembe, Alhaji Ishaku Kachalla, at his palace in Wuro Sembe, Jalingo Local Government Area.
During the visit, Malam Ibrahim urged the people of the community to continue supporting the village head in his efforts to maintain peace in the area.
He also appealed to the traditional leader to always remember local farmers whenever government distributes farming support or palliatives, saying farmers play a vital role in the economy.
In his response, the Village Head, Alhaji Ishaku Kachalla, warmly welcomed the Sarkin Noma and his team.
He encouraged the people to return to farming, describing it as the easiest way to earn a living. He stressed the importance of peace between farmers and herders, urging both groups to live in harmony.
“You farmers and herders are like brothers. Farmers need manure, and herders need crops for feed. There is no need for conflict. Support one another and live in peace,” the village head said.
Sarkin Noma, Malam Ibrahim, praised the village head for his leadership and efforts to promote peace,describing him as a leader who works for the good of all. He also encouraged young people in the area to take up farming as a business rather than waiting for office jobs, saying farming can also be profitable.
He thanked his supporters, family members, and friends who accompanied him on the visit and prayed for everyone’s safe return.
Also present was the popular traditional Doctor, Malam Sahabi Abubakar Jalingo, who thanked everyone who attended the occasion on behalf of the family and promised an even bigger celebration in the future.
