The Chief Executive Officer of Innovative Technical Engineering Construction Ltd, QS Tusse A. Suleiman MIQS, RSQ, MNES, has felicitated with Barr Tsa-Asen Luka Agbu over his recent achievements and prestigious awards.

Abba Tukur.
