He used the opportunity to salute the government and people of Taraba State, commending their role in building a better Nigeria.

Beyond being a PDP stakeholder, Tukur is a household name in federal constituency politics and remains a key voice in Taraba State’s political landscape. He is also the former Chairman of the Taraba State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, a position in which he served with distinction and earned respect across religious and political lines.

In his message, he urged Nigerians to continue to live in peace and unity, emphasizing that without peace, no meaningful development can take place. He stated that progress in sectors like education, healthcare, infrastructure, and the economy depends largely on peaceful coexistence among the people.

Tukur also praised the PDP in Taraba for maintaining internal stability and offering fair and equal representation to all groups. He stressed that the party remains strong, focused, and committed to delivering good governance in the state.

He gave special commendation to Governor Agbu Kefas for his dedication and hard work in bringing visible development to Taraba. According to Tukur, the governor’s efforts are already making a positive impact in various sectors, and the people of the state are beginning to feel the difference.

Tukur concluded by encouraging Nigerians to remain hopeful and patriotic, assuring that with the right leadership and collective commitment, the country’s future remains bright.
