PACY INTER-GLOBAL CONCEPTS LTD OPENS OUTLET,
DEDICATES TO GOD
The Pacy Inter-global Concepts Limited has opened a business outlet in Jalingo, even as it dedicated it to God. The outlet, which is called Pacy Hotel & Garden is located opposite Taraba State Polytechnic. CAN Chairman Taraba state, Rev Dr Isaiah Jirapye led other men of God to perform the dedication ceremony of the outlet.
Rev Jirapye while speaking at the dedication revealed that he knows the Chairman of the company, Chief Bauten to be a man of faith, putting God first in his endeavors and that is why he has reached his level of success in life.
Our correspondent reports that, the edifice is a huge development and also a very beautiful sight to behold. Although the ceremony was low key, conducted in the spirit of the Covid 19 guidelines, some signatories took time to be part of the ceremony.
Speaking with some persons present during the event, Worldview correspondent reports that everyone present spoke highly of the event and also the development the hotel has brought about. Among the respondents was the Chairman of the famed Shield Hotel, Mr Jibrin Danladi. He told our correspondent that the efforts put into the work was highly creditable and overwhelming. “Looking at this place you should know that it cannot belong to an unserious person. The entrepreneur knows what he is doing. He has been doing business and that’s why you can see that the location and structures are all overwhelming. I pray that his labor will be profitable and he shall recover all he has used during this project in no distant time” He said.
Idris Mohammed, management staff of of Zenith Bank, Jalingo, told our reporter that he has watched the Pacy company chairman closely over the years and his expectations were not cut short.
“I have followed Chief Bauten’s progress over the years and I have seen him as a dedicated entrepreneur. He has this knack or blessing for turning one naira into two naira so its is not surprising that this has happened because he has been consistent over the years, he has invested consistently too. What I know about business is that you need to have a vision, then discipline also to follow you dreams to the end, you also need good leadership abilities to coordinate human and material resources, and then you must also have the interest of the community at heart, and Chief Bauten have all these attributes, he explained.
On the quality of services,the General Manager of the outlet Mr Ambi Zakka, told our reporter that “We have a total of 16 rooms made up of two executive suites and 14 single rooms, but in the 14 single rooms we have executive rooms. Embedded is this edifice we have a restaurant that caters for guests and others, we also have a bush bar and an exclusive bar. The services here are quite affordable, we have rooms starting from as low as N5000, N8000, N10000, N15000…” he said. He also revealed that as much as the services are standard, the prices has been brought down so that virtually everyone can afford and benefit from it.
Mr Yohanna Eric, an Adviser to the
Executive Gov of Taraba State, raised a valid point about how the hotel is going to serve as a means of employment especially in this COVID 19 era that has rendered a lot of people jobless. He confessed that he went round and saw everything and it speaks volumes.
In an exclusive interview with our
correspondent, Chairman of the Pacy Inter Global Concepts LTD, Chief Bauten, revealed that the vision started since 2008 and what inspired him was the desire to bring about development and also add value to human lives. “Business is about adding value to people. Pacy hotel is a family business which I happen to be among the share holders. The vision of Pacy is here to help the government of the day, to reduce the rate of unemployment…”
The Chief did not forget to commended the effort of the government of His Excellency, Arc, Darius Dickson Ishaku for giving an enabling environment for business to thrive as well as the efforts made to bring about peace in the state so that activities can be carried out normally. Government of the day is doing their best.” We are passing through insecurity in the state, crisis here and there. But the government did not allow the crisis to stop the unity among the people. We are doing well because the government of the day is trying to ensure that there’s peace, I pray they do more. We can’t say we have zero security threats, that will be unfair but government is trying its best to stabilize the state.”
He also made a call to the community where this hotel is located to work with them and also cooperate with them so that they can achieve great things. He pointed out clearly that the work is not meant for just him and his family to enjoy, it is for all.
