Eid el Kabir: Taraba ALGON boss tasks Muslim faithful on sacrificial life

As Muslims in Taraba State join other Muslim faithful across the globe in celebration of eid el Kabir, the chairman, Taraba State chapter of Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON) and chairman, Jalingo Local Government, Taraba State, Hon Aminu Jauro Hassan has tasked Muslims to continue in demonstration of sacrificial life in order to please Almighty Allah
The ALGON boss in his message to the people, charged Nigerians to come together in the spirit of unity and compassion, remembering the true essence of sacrifice and charity.
He noted that the instruction by God to Ibrahim to sacrifice his only begotten son and he obeyed, is an injunction that symbolizes giving, sacrifice and unity of purpose.
He therefore charged the people of Taraba State in particular and Nigerians at large to unite and pray for the progress of the state and the nation at all times.
“I extend my heartfelt greetings to all Muslim faithful in Taraba State and across the globe on this auspicious occasion of Eid el Kabir.
“May this Celebration bring peace, prosperity, and happiness to every home. Let us come together in the spirit of unity and compassion, remembering the true essence of sacrifice and charity.
“As we celebrate this day, I encourage us to tour the path of tolerance, peaceful co-existence and demostrate our act of ibadat of sacrifice to both Muslims and non Muslims alike. May our prayers be accepted, and may the spirit of Eid el Kabir fill our hearts with joy and our lives with countless blessings”. The chairman prayed.
While wishing Nigerians a Happy moment of the season, the ALGON boss called on the people of Taraba State to pray for the leaders of the state especially, His Excellency Dr Agbu Kefas and his entire cabinet so that his vision for placing Taraba on the podium of the most developed states in the country would be realized.
