Worldview Magazine sets to celebrate 10th Anniversary

The Board of Directors and Management staff of Worldview Magazine have completed arrangements to celebrate ten years of existence in the media space in the country.
The event Which is anchored on the theme “The role of Media in Sustaining Democracy in an ever challenging environment” is scheduled to hold on the 20th day of December, 2022 under the distinguished chairmanship of Dr. Philip Duwe, Chairman, Taraba State Independent Electoral Commission TSIEC.
In a release signed by the Editor-in- Chief, Worldview Magazine, Mr Williams Ayooso, the ground breaking event would also features presentation of awards of excellence to some distinguished personalities including the Executive Governor of Taraba State Arc Darius Dickson Ishaku.
There would also be a launching of Worldview Magazine brand at the occasion.
The release revealed that Hon. Mrs Deborah Yerima, APGA House of Representatives Candidate for Bali/Gassol Federal Constituency in the 2023 general elections will serve as chairperson while Hon. Lois Emmanuel, Commissioner, Taraba State Ministry of Information would serve as Chief Host.
The Speaker Taraba State House of Assembly, Right Hon Professor Joseph Albasu Kunini will serve as the Special Guest of Honour just as Professor Dauda Suntai of Taraba State University is the Guest Speaker.
Similarly, His Royal Highness, Alh. Zubairu Muhammadu Hammangabdo, the Lamdo Gashaka will serve as Royal Father of the day while Chief Hon. Mrs Rebecca Manaseh Tor- Peva, the Gbamule of Shitile will serve as Chief Launcher at the occasion respectively.
The event which is first of its kind in the history of the Magazine, is a retreat aimed at appreciating God for keeping Worldview Magazine brand and sustaining the staff in the media space despite all hazards and challenges associated with journalism.
The release added that the occasion would among other things, serves as an opportunity which time has provided, to represent the brand to the reading populace for them to appreciate and support it in any way that they deem it fit.
The event which is slated to take place at the Event Hall of Pastoral Center, Shavon Mile Six by 2:00pm is also an opportunity that time has provided to enable the media outfit, celebrates ten years of eventful media practice in Nigeria.
Accordingly, top government officials, spiritual and Royal fathers as well as other high profile personalities both within and outside the state are expected to graced the occasion.
