Gov. Agbu Kefas Receives APC Membership Card, Formalises Party Registration.

Taraba State Governor, Dr Agbu Kefas, has formally received his All Progressives Congress (APC) membership card, officially validating his registration and full integration into the ruling party.
The membership card was presented to the Governor by the Chairman of APC Hospital Ward, Wukari Local Government Area, Hon. Umaru Tanko, during a brief ceremony at the TY Danjuma House in Jalingo.
Speaking after receiving the card, Governor Kefas said the registration has formally affirmed his status as a bonafide member of the APC, thereby enabling him to participate fully in all party activities.
He disclosed that the official defection ceremony earlier postponed would be rescheduled and held in the near future.
While presenting the card, Hon. Tanko described the Governor as a full-fledged member of the party, noting that the APC was pleased to formally welcome him into its fold.
Also speaking at the event, the State Commissioner for Information and Reorientation, Barrister Zainab Usman Jalingo, confirmed that the Governor’s registration has completed all necessary requirements for his membership of the APC in Taraba State.
The presentation ceremony was witnessed by members of the APC State Working Committee, led by the State Secretary, Hon. Fidelis Francis.
With the formal registration completed, Governor Kefas is now eligible to fully participate in APC activities in the state, having effectively assumed leadership of the party in Taraba State.
