Politics: Women Group Endorses Haske for 2027 Governorship

The Women Wing of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Adamawa State Chapter has endorsed Hon. Abdulrahman Bashir Haske as its sole candidate for the 2027 Gubernatorial elections.
The endorsement is in recognition of Haske’s empowerment/humanitarian initiatives, which have consistently prioritized women and youths in the state
During an empowerment program held at Muna Hotels in Yola, the Adamawa state capital, the women leaders praised Haske for his compassionate leadership and commitment to vulnerable groups.
Hauwa Koma, one of his women coordinators, revealed that Haske has pledged to allocate 50% of cabinet positions to women if elected.
The APC Chairman for Central Zone, Isah Bagalchi, described Haske’s candidature as a good deal, citing his endorsement by women and the strength of his team.
He urged women to support the APC and participate in the upcoming e-registration for party membership.
Hon.Haske in his remarks, thanked the women for their support and solidarity,calling on them to stand with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu even as he expresses solidarity with the President’s second-term bid.
The event, empowered 273 APC women leaders across the state, aligning with Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda
