Dr. Sarah hails from Wukari Local Government Area of Taraba State. From an early age, she displayed a remarkable blend of brilliance, empathy, and leadership. Her quest for knowledge and her commitment to excellence propelled her academic journey, culminating in the award of a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD). This academic achievement, combined with her professional experience, has shaped her reputation as both a scholar and a reformer.
In recognition of her outstanding contributions to education and financial management, she was inducted as a Council Member of ANAN University during an inauguration ceremony in Jos, Plateau State. This appointment is a testament to her leadership, intellectual depth, and unwavering dedication to capacity building.
Hon. Dr. Sarah Enoch Adi was appointed by His Excellency, Governor Dr. Agbu Kefas, as Commissioner for Finance, Budget and Economic Planning, Taraba State in 2023. Since assuming this role, she has proven herself to be not only a skilled administrator but also a compassionate leader who sees governance as a platform for grassroots impact.
