Troops Nab Two Suspected Kidnappers in Taraba.

Troops of 6 Brigade Nigerian Army have arrested two suspected kidnappers in Karim Lamido Local Government Area of Taraba State during ongoing clearance operations under Operation LAFIYA NAKOWA.
This was disclosed in a statement signed bh the Acting Assistant Director, Army Public Relations, 6 Brigade Nigerian Army, Lt Mohammed Umar and made available to Haske News.
According to the statement, the soldiers raided a hideout in Rafin Taba community on September 19, 2025, leading to the arrest of Ibrahim Umaru and Adamu Malam Musa.
The suspects allegedly confessed to several kidnappings and ransom collections, and to moving victims into Plateau State’s notorious Madam Forest to evade security surveillance.
Commander 6 Brigade, Brigadier General Kingsley Chidiebere Uwa, praised the troops for their professionalism and vowed that operations would continue until criminal networks are dismantled.
The army urged residents to provide credible information to security agencies and warned criminals to desist or face decisive action
