June 12:NARTO Chair hails Gov Agbu’s developmental strides in Taraba.

As the country commemorates Democracy Day, Chairman of Taraba State Nigeria Association of Road Transport Owners, NARTO, Alhaji Hamman Adama Tukur on Wednesday commended the developmental strides of Dr Agbu Kefas, Governor of Taraba State.
The Chairman who is also a stalwart of the People’s Democratic Party said it is a day to celebrate Democracy all over the country and it is gladdening that there is so much to celebrate in Taraba.
In the spirit of the celebration, the Chairman called on Tarabans to still exercise more patience as there is a lot that the Governor is cooking for the good of Taraba state and that all will materialise in no distant time.
He described Governor Agbu as a man who has the interest of Tarabans at heart and is doing anything in his power to see that the life of every Taraban improves for the better.
“We bless God for allowing us to witness this day. Every Nigerian, every politician is excited about today. In Taraba state particularly, we have a government that is working for the people. And as you know our Party, PDP has come to help the people and elevate the standard of living of every of our citizens.
“The Governor’s agenda all this while is to bring development to the doorstep of the state and ensure that Taraba thrives. The Governor is taking governance as an act of service to making and he has never relented in his efforts.
“He has good intentions for Taraba state and we pray that his intentions will be well implemented for the people to see. In a short time, they will see more of the fruits of the seeds that the Governor is planting.Tarabans must remain patience in order to reap the complete dividends of democracy” He said.
He also called on Governor Agbu to remain resolute and not relent in his efforts to place Taraba on the path of development no matter the challenges that lie ahead, while urging the aides and cabinet members to throw their weight in full behind governor Agbu Kefas and ensure that the five finger agenda come to fulfillment.
Hamman Adama also called on well meaning Tarabans to bear in mind that Taraba states is home for all and everyone must cooperate with the government to bring progress, adding that unity is the bedrock upon which every society.
He charged politicians all over the country to remain firm, patient and vigilant, so that they can use their offices to deliver the dividends of democracy to the people who elected them into office.
