@54, Taraba Monarch sues for more unity, peace, inclusiveness

The Gum Begha U Tiv Taraba, His Royal Highness Zaki David Gbaa Tella JP Ter Bali II/Tiv Central Leader has sued for more unity, peace and cooperation between/among the Tiv people and their neighbors in the state and beyond, emphasizing the need for a harmonious living.
He made the call on the occasion of his 54th Birthday anniversary celebration in Bali Town, Bali LGA, Taraba State.
The Royal who expressed deep gratitude to God for granting him another opportunity to serve Him and His people better, thanked the Tiv People of Taraba State for believing in his ruler ship and as well, rallying around him adding that, his new age is a call for reflection on his previous deeds to make amends wherever there is need.
Similarly, commended the Tiv neighbors especially those in Bali LGA for their cooperation stating that, he has enjoyed a long standing relationship with them and Kings even as he sued for more peace, unity and inclusivity both politically traditionally and otherwise.
He however, mentioned unity of the Tiv people at the Traditional level, mutual relations and peace as his top fulfilments as a King both in his domain and Taraba at large.
“I am happy to state that at 54, I have achieved unity among the Tiv people of the state, peaceful co-existence as well as establishment of Tiv traditional structures in most Tiv dominated areas in the State.
“All our traditional rulers in the State are united in love, there are no misunderstandings or clashes among us and it is clear that, our coming together is indeed helping us as a people. Also in my domain, our monthly traditional council orientation is another big feat to note. It has helped our people to relate well with our neighbors and it has fostered peaceful co-existence between/among us and our neighbors.
“This mutual understanding and cordial relationship has also, mitigated crises and crimes of various degrees especially in Bali LGA,” he said.
He finally called on the Tiv people as well as their neighbors to embrace peace, love and unity to foster community and statewide development. He equally appealed to the Government of Taraba State under the Leadership of Dr. Agbu Kefas to recognize the Tiv Traditional institution to enhance its full functionality.
